Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days upon receiving your package. You can return for store credit, or an exchange. Product must be in good condition for resale to be able to return. No returns for custom orders. Please contact us @ daycrafter.artist@gmail.com with your refund request within 10 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the products are packaged with care so nothing is damaged in the mail. Once I receive the product in the mail, I will send you your store credit or set up your exchange.
Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility. You will be sent a invoice for the shipping fee and once the invoice is paid we will send you a return label to print.
You will have 24 hours to make a cancellation on your order. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders or pre-orders!

BROKEN PRODUCTS
You will have 90 days once you receive your item in the mail to be able to exchange the broken product for a new one. You must email me a picture of the broken item with your order number to daycrafter.artist@gmail.com within the 90 day period. After 90 days we are no longer responsible for broken products.
