Please READ over my polices before making a purchase! 

 

REFUND + EXCHANGES

If your item is damaged in shipping, I will send you a replacement piece. Please reach out to me @ daycrafter.artist@gmail.com within 3 days of you receiving your order. 

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you will have 5 days to return the product for a refund. You will be sent a shipping label to return your product. Please be sure you package the product with care before mailing it out. 

 

I DO NOT OFFER refunds, cancellations or exchanges on any CUSTOM ORDERS, MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, PRE-ORDERS or RESTOCKS! 

 

LOST ORDERS 

Once a package leaves my studio, I am no longer responsible. It is now in the hands of USPS. If your order is lost in the mail, please contact USPS to file a claim. If you would like to buy insurance for your orders, please add it to your cart when checking out.
